Sharon Yvonne Stone (born March 10 in 1959) was born in Meadville Pennsylvania to Dorothy Lawson an accountant and Joseph William Stone Jr. A tool and die manufacturer who had previously employed as a laborer for an industrial company. Stone moved to New Jersey with her aunt New Jersey, where she began a modeling career. A month later, Stone signed up at the Ford Modeling Agency.
